hat stood out to me here is how clearly Ephesians 2 shows that grace only makes sense when we remember the contrast Paul refuses to soften — dead to alive, far to near, strangers to family. The unity Paul describes isn’t manufactured by effort or agreement but created by Christ Himself, who tears down the walls we keep rebuilding and gives us a new identity rooted in mercy rather than status. That movement from separation to belonging feels especially important right now, because it reminds us that faith is not just about personal rescue but about being remade together into something new.
